It starts with mapping out your zones of interest. This is like your 2nd brain - what I call a new thinking system, so you can cover all your bases, and be prepared in any certain or uncertain circumstance.
You’ll have the ability to step back, zoom out, and check-in with your systems before overwhelm and reactivity even has the chance to set in.
