Happy Friday! Serena here.

When you ask yourself questions you wouldn't ordinarily (perhaps when you're doing journal prompts) or when you allow someone to challenge you with a question you weren't prepared for, it can be profoundly impactful for your awareness. It's the push we all need.

I use this simple yet effective technique to not only arrive at obvious solutions but pave the way toward them. It's about chipping away at assumptions and blindspots. It won't happen all in one go.

In systems thinking, as practitioners, we are always including ourselves and our biases/assumptions within the context and system we are reviewing, observing, and attempting to 'diagnose' if you like. This contributes to what we call 'reflexive thinking'.

Reflexive thinking is vital to make more powerful and impactful strategic decisions.

So let's start with this questionnaire. Have a click - sign up if you haven't already - and let's see what kind of answers you get. It's all private (I won't see your scores). Anyway... it's not about getting a high score, it's about increasing your awareness. A friendly push 😄.

And if you want to access my pre-sale masterclass to master your strategic thinking for your brand and business then click here. It launches in June!
